E.M. Shue

Writer, wife and mother of three girls. E.M. Shue likes her whiskey Irish, her chocolate dark and her hockey hard hitting. When she isn’t writing action-adventure and strong woman she’s driving her husband crazy with his honey-do list from hell, and dropping the f-bomb like its a comma.
Born in the Mid-west E.M. was moved to Alaska as a young girl and counts it as her home. She’s lived in the interior and even a western village, but currently resides between the largest city and the agriculture hub. The mother of three girls has always wanted to write but never took to paper like she did when she woke up from a dream that later became Sniper’s Kiss. Now she is four books into a series that keeps talking and wanting its stories told.
E.M.’s favorite saying is don’t piss her off she’ll write you into a book and kill you off in a new and gory way.

D.R. Slaten

I used to do other stuff. Now I write sexy books.

the good stuff

When I am not writing, I sing in the shower- terribly, inadvertently kill all the flowers I plant and shop for high end shoes at bargain prices on the internet. I love dogs, although both of mine have long since gone to doggy heaven. I read lots of books in a variety of genres. I make fun of the news and reality TV. I think chocolate should be on the food pyramid as its own category. Dirty martinis are my preferred drink. I think good friends and good conversation over a good meal is the ideal way to spend any free time. I’m not human until and unless I have had my first cup of coffee. And last but not least, I always try to buy flowers for my hotel rooms because it just makes it feel more like home.

Tielle St. Clare

Tielle (pronounced "teal") St. Clare has had life-long love of romance novels. She began reading romances in the 7th grade when she discovered Victoria Holt novels and began writing romances at the age of 16 (during Trigonometry, if the truth be told). During her senior year in high school, the class dressed up as what they would be in twenty years-Tielle dressed as a romance writer.

When not writing romances, Tielle has worked in public relations and video production for the past 20 years. Tielle moved to Alaska when she was seven years old in 1972 when her father was transferred with the military.

Tielle believes romances should be hot and sexy with a great story and fun characters.
